With this Island Hopping package we offer accommodation on 2 or 3 different islands. We recommend that you spend 3-4 days in the capital Tórshavn, 1-2 days in Klaksvík, located on Borðoy and 1-2 days in Runavík on Eysturoy.
The exact order of the accommodation depends on the availability of the hotels in question.
It is possible to make day trips to most of the islands. There are three sub-sea tunnels in the Faroe Islands: One sub-sea tunnel connecting the islands Streymoy and Eysturoy, one sub-sea tunnel connecting the islands Eysturoy and Borðoy and one sub-sea tunnel connecting the islands Streymoy and Vágar. Streymoy and Eysturoy are also connected by a bridge.
There are good ferry connections between Tórshavn and Suðuroy, as well as Gamlarætt and Sandoy. Most other islands can be visited by sea.
ITINERARY
Departure from Hirtshals is on Saturday, and arrival in Tórshavn is Sunday evening. You will stay in hotels from Sunday to Sunday. Departure from Tórshavn is Sunday evening, and arrival in Hirtshals is Tuesday.
